How to Order Instructions
Order ONLINE
  1. Open one of the following links:
  2. Fill out all the fields on our secure application page.
  3. Enter the Third Party Verification (TPV) ID number into the appropriate field on our application page.
    To obtain a TPV ID number follow the steps on the screen.
  4. Click "Submit".

  2. Print the Service Agreement
  3. Fill out appropriate sections
  4. Send it back to us via:

    You will be able to start calling in approximately 7-10 working days after we receive your application. To confirm that you are connected to the network, we will mail you a written confirmation.

In 7 business days we will switch your long distance carrier, provided there is no freeze on your line. If you have a freeze with your Long Distance Company, please contact your Local Telephone Company and remove the freeze, so we will be able to change your LD Carrier.
