How to Order	Instructions
Sign-up for Service ONLINE	Open the following link: DIAL-AROUND LONG DISTANCE on-line application. Fill out all the fields on our secure application page. Enter the Third Party Verification (TPV) ID number into the appropriate field on our application page. To obtain a TPV ID number follow the steps on the screen. Click "Submit".

Sign-up for Service by FAX or MAIL	Download the Service Agreement: - PEANUTS PREPAID Service (If needed, download free Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com) Print the Service Agreement Fill out appropriate sections Send it back to us via: FAX: (617) 489-9945 U.S. mail: Long Distance Post LLC, PO BOX 481, BELMONT, MA 02478, USA You will be able to start calling in approximately 7-10 working days after we receive your application. To confirm that you are connected to the network, we will mail you a written confirmation.
