Terms and Conditions:If there is zero balance on your account and you have not replenished it for more than 30 days, the service will be cancelled automatically. If there is no activities for 90 days, the service will also be cancelled. If your cellular service has been cancelled, you will need to reactivate the service.To reactivate your service, please call the Omni Prepaid Cellular Customer Support Department at 1-866-254-2244. Please note: once your cellular service is cancelled, your cellular phone will be activated with a new cellular number and new pin number. Before you call Omni Prepaid Service center, you need to recognize your cellular phone model (Omni-100, Omni-200, Omni-300, Omni-400, Omni-500, Omni-600), 4-digit Pin number and the 14-digit Omni Prepaid card number. The Omni Prepaid customer support representative will guide you from thereon. We can reactivate Omni-200, Omni-300, Omni-500 cellular phone models over the phone, but not Omni-100 and Omni-400. For Omni-100 and Omni-400 phone models, you have to mail the cellular phone, battery, charger and a new $25 Omni Prepaid card to the Omni Prepaid office along with a money order of $10 for shipping charge. Remember to enclose the 14-digit PIN number with the new $25 Omni Prepaid card, so that we can reactivate the cellular phone for you. We will mail back the cellular phone a new cellular number and new Pin number. This card is non-refundable and non-transferable. The account will be cancelled if it maintains a balance of zero dollars for 30 days. Minutes expire in 90 days. No extra charge for roaming calls. Customers will hear minute / dollar balances when roaming. All questions and problems should be resolved through Customer Service. All rates and applicable charges are subject to change without notice in accordance with legal requirements. Federal, state, and local taxes may apply. Services provided are subject to terms and conditions of federal and state tariffs. Application of surcharges, taxes and fees has the effect of reducing total minutes on a card.
