Recharge Instructions:

  1. Call #MAS (#627) from the handset
  2. Enter the eleven digit PIN provided to you in LDPOST order email
  3. When dialing from any other phone dial 1-877-9MOVIDA (1-877-966-8432) and then enter the PIN number.

Terms and Conditions:

You must have money in your account to make and receive calls, to send text messages, or to receive premium services. You will be able to check your account balance by dialing #MAS (#627). If your account balance falls to zero while you are on a call, the call will be disconnected. To refill your account, purchase a Movida refill card from LDPOST.com or an authorized dealer. Movida refills can be used only with Movida cell phones. Once your account has been credited, Movida does not accept returns or provide refunds. Credits cannot be transferred from one account to another.

You will not be permitted to add more than $100 per day to your account nor add to your account when the balance is $250 or more.

From the day you add money to your account, your account is active. You must refill your account at least $20 every 60 days to maintain an active account. If you do not add $20 within 60 days of your last refill, your account will become inactive and you will lose any balance left in your account. If your account is inactive, you will not be able to make or receive calls, send text messages or receive premium services. You will be able to call 911 emergency services even when your account is inactive.

If you account becomes inactive, during the next 60 days (days 61to120), you may add money to your account and begin using your phone again. If you have added money to your account by the 120th day, Movida will de-activate your account and you will lose your phone number. If you wish to use Movida service at that point, call customer case at  1-800-640-2599 and we will activate your account again. There may be a charge for reactivation.

Movida UNO: When you use Movida service to make or receive a phone cal, your account will be debited. Charges are $0.20 per minute for all domestic U.S. calls made and all calls received. Additional charges may apply.

Movida PLUS: Each day your account is active, your account will be debited $0.50. If you account balance is less than $0.50, you will not be able to make or receive calls, send text messages or receive premium services until you add money to your account.

All questions and problems should be resolved through Customer Service. All rates and applicable charges are subject to change without notice in accordance with legal requirements. Federal, state, and local taxes may apply. Services provided are subject to terms and conditions of federal and state tariffs. Application of surcharges, taxes and fees has the effect of reducing total minutes on a card. The card has no cash value and is non-refundable. LDPOST attempts to be as accurate as possible.
