FAQ LDPOST SupportWhat is the refund policy of LD POST?

At Long Distance Post we are committed to delivering high quality service every day. However, circumstances beyond our control may result in occasional disruptions in service. We will issue a credit or a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If you are charged for a call that was never completed (there was no answer). Upon verification, we will credit your account the amount charged
  • If you have an active account you purchased within last 30 days that never was used, and wish to discontinue the service.
  • If you were incorrectly charged for services not received or for which you did not sign up. In such cases, you must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of the attempted call or discovery of the erroneous charges.
  • 25% restocking fees will apply
There are no refunds for any prepaid service that has been partially used.

There are no refunds for airtime. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Long Distance Post, LLC and provided that you never placed a call to or from the cell phone or SIM card issued and all airtime is intact. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new and unused condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web orders require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at 1-617-489-5952. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in origincal factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

There will be no refunds for the airtime used on mis-dialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service.

There will be no refunds for sent SMS messages - either the messages were delivered to the recipient or they were not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered.

There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly.

LD POST will exchange a defective phone or SIM card within 3 months of the purchase, provided that the phone or SIM was not damaged by the customer.

If for any reason we can't fulfill your order by the next business day due to technical issues or because the requested phone number is being out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund at your request if we can't fulfill your activation request timely.
