OfficeAnywhere is an excellent solution for domestic international business travelers. It allows all calls to your Toll Free number or to your regular office number to be seamlessly forwarded to anywhere on earth. Better yet, you can change the forwarding destination on the fly in real time over the Internet.
The Office Anywhere service allows all calls to your Toll free number to be forwarded to a selected by you number anywhere in the world.
The online account allows changing the "ring to" number in real time and this makes the service very attractive for international business travelers.
This service also features flat rates for calls placed and terminated within the United States. This makes it a viable alternative to regular Toll free services that usually have higher intrastate rates.
There is one time set up fee of $25 and a monthly fee of $1.99.
The minimum initial order amount is $50. 10% flat tax added to all calls.

The easiest way to order the service is online by going to the Office Anywhere webpage and clicking on "Order Office Anywhere now". Just fill out the form and if you need a new Toll free number the service will be activated instantly.
If you requested to transfer your existing number, you will need to fill out this authorization form and fax it to us to the fax number shown on the form. It might take 4-15 day to have your number transferred. We will notify you by email when your service is active.
If you are a new customer, we will first need to verify the order.

- Log in to your account with your old email address.
- Go to "My Account".
- Change your email or password.
- Click the "Modify" button.
After you log in to your account, go to "Office Anywhere" and then click on "Manage Service Account".
Here you can change the terminating ("ring to") number to any domestic or international number. For numbers in USA, Canada or the Caribbean enter 1 + Area code + Number. For all other countries enter 011 + Country code + City code + number.
Please enter digits only. It will take effect immediately.
- Log in to your account with your email and password
- Go to "Office Anywhere" and then click on "View bill"
- Here you can see all Call Detail Records (CDR) for your service for the last 2 months. If you need to keep CDRs for longer periods, please copy and save the records regularly.
You need to log in to your account, go to "Office Anywhere" and click on "Recharge account". Just fill out the needed information and follow the instructions.
You can recharge for any amount in $5 increments with a minimum of $20.
Please, keep in mind that the transaction is not finalized until you see a "Thank you" note on the screen with a message showing your new balance.
For the Office Anywhere service we highly recommend the automatic recharge option.
You can set up the Automatic recharge option while you are making a recharge. Just check the appropriate box at the recharge form.
You can also go to "Manage Service Account" and set up the option without making a recharge. Just enter your credit card information and check the box to enable the automatic recharge.
In both cases you will need to select the desired recharge amount and the minimum sum that you want to keep in the account.
The system checks your balance twice every 24 hours and if you have less than your desired minimum, it will add the recharge amount that you have requested.
You can have as many Toll free numbers as you need. Each Toll free number will be represented by a separate Office Anywhere account.
To order an additional Office Anywhere account, you will need to log in to your existing account and then go to the "Place order" page. Fill out the order form and follow the instructions.
To manage the accounts, you will be logging in with the same email address and you will be prompted to select one of the accounts for each section of the online interface.
Your Toll free numbers will have separate call history, purchase history, separate account settings and you can use separate credit cards.
