Recharge Instructions:

1. You can buy any card and add it to your account at anytime.
2. All cards expire 30 days from the date of activation unless stated otherwise.
3. If you like you may purchase several cards and add them at the same time. When the first card expires or is out of minutes, the next card automatically kicks in.
4. All of our plans include Unlimited Night & Weekend calling. That's over 25,000 minutes of free talking every month! (The only restriction is, your account must hold at least 1 anytime minute) No other wireless provider offers this with no strings attached!
5. Once you purchase a new card, you can add it to your account by calling customer service at 800-777-9773, 24/7 by calling the Automated IVR system at 877-777-9014 or click on My Account.

Terms and Conditions:

Unlimited Nights & Weekends: 9pm to 7am M-F, and all day Saturday and Sunday. You must have at least 1 anytime minute left to use night & weekend minutes.

Directory Assistance: Deducts 10 minutes of airtime to connect and 10 minutes per minute connected.

National Text Messaging: For each text message sent or received nationwide, 1 minute will be deducted from your account.

Web Access / Picture Mail: Web access (browsing) is Unlimited on plans that include Web. You are only charged for downloading and uploading data. Each 8KB transmitted deducts 1 minute of airtime. (The average polyphonic ringtone is 4KB) Compatibility: Picture Mail and Web Access will ONLY work with new compatible phones in select markets.

Voicemail Instructions: Press and hold envelope key until connected. Create a personal pass code and press #. Follow the prompts to record your name and greeting. Your phone will alert you when you have a message.
