All you need is a compatible CDMA phone that has no active service on it. If you have an old CDMA phone lying around with no use, its perfect for Viva - Prepaid Wireless prepaid service. If you plan to purchase a phone because you don't like our selection make sure it has a Verizon logo on it. While Sprint phones also operate on CDMA networks they need to be reprogrammed before we can activate them on our network. Long Distance Post does not reprogram phones. Purchasing this starter kit will enable LD Post to activate your phone for prepaid, we will assign your phone a phone number (area code of your choice) and give you 50 off peak (25 peak) free minutes of Viva Wireless service. Any additional minutes will cost 18 cents per minuteon weekdays and 9 cents per minute during nights (from 9 PM to 7 AM) and weekends (all day).
