There is another group of business or residential users who can find this service benefitial. These are customers looking for lower Intrastate Toll Free number rates. At this time OfficeAnywhere rate is 3.9 c/min for Inter calls within contiguous states.
Add to this an ability to change your termination number on the spot and to access your Toll Free number calling detail records in real time and you will realize that this service is quite unique.
It is a prepaid service. There are two ways you can add funds to your account. You can do this either manually or automatically, when your credit card will be charged every time the balance on your account is reduced to $10.00. It is up to you which way you would like to set it up.
There is one time set up fee of $25 and a monthly fee of $1.99. The minimum initial order amount is $50. 10% flat tax-surcharge added to all calls. Those customers who place an order for a brand new Toll Free number will get serivce activated instantly. If you are transferring your existing Toll Free number, is can take anywhere from 4 to 15 business days. In order to transfer your Toll Free, please fill out this authorization form and fax it to 617-812-0370 along with the current copy of the bill from your current Toll Free number service provider. We will inform you when the service is ready.

Calls billed in 1 minute increment. Prepaid amount is not refundable in cash. Rates are subject to change without notice. Long Distance Post, LLC makes best possible efforts to maintain the rates as low as possible. However, these rates are defined by wholesale market rates, and, as market rates change, so will the Office Anywhere service rates. Rates can be reduced or increased at any time. 10% flat surcharge is collected. Surcharge application has effect of reduced number of minutes on prepaid amounts. Network service provider's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of the paid amount. In no event will the provider be liable for punitive, special, indirect, reliance, incidental or consequential damages. Services provided by provided by SKNT. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against the provider arising out of purchase or use of card, except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. Disputes against the provider will not be heard by a jury or in court and may not be made part of a class action.
