A Broadband Internet connection is a high-speed connection, typically known as "Cable Internet" or "DSL". A Broadband Internet connection is "ALWAYS ON" and supplied either by your Cable Company through a cable modem, or by way of your local phone company or re-seller using a DSL modem. In either case you will be all set to take full advantage of the features and savings that Broadvox Direct has to offer!

You will require an analog adapter that converts digital voice packets into analog signal so that you may continue using the same phones that you have in your home today. This adapter is supplied to you FREE of charge for as long as you use the Broadvox Direct service.

To setup Broadvox Direct is simple and easy. Here is what you need to get started:
- You will need to have a broadband (Cable modem / DSL) connection in place.
- A valid credit / debit card for easy on-line payment.
- An analog telephone adapter (supplied at no cost when you order)
- A home router is suggested, available at any computer store.

You can use your computer or phone to monitor your usage and pay your bill. Your information is viewed only by you and our billing staff. This ensures that you get the professional service you need without any further hassles of receiving billing statements by mail.

Those not satisfied with BROADVOX Direct Service, may cancel their account within 14 days of
account activation (if less than 250 total minutes of calling time has been used). All of your cost
will be refunded with the exception of the shipping cost. The consumer is responsible
for shipping and returning the telephone adapter within 14 days of cancellation.
Any time a customer cancels the service, he/she has 14 days to return the device. If the adapter is not returned
within 14 days, the customer get charged $89 for the device.
