Web Triggered Callback
This very powerful and unique feature allows you to place calls from anywhere on earth where you have a computer and the access to the Internet.
No, you do not need to talk through computer. You just use the internet to let us know where you want to call. No adapter is required.
You just need an access to a computer connected to the Internet - dial up will do (a regular telephone line). To make a call, you log
in to your Broadvox account on the internet and specify what two numbers you would like to connect. In about 30 seconds your ordinary
phone will ring and the two numbers will be connected.
If this is an international call you will be charged for both legs of the call.
For example, if you are in China and want us to connect you with your friend in Moscow, the charge is 3 c/min to China, plus 3 c/min
to Moscow, or 6 c/min total. Same if you are calling to USA. Good deal, eh? And if you wish only a call to your IP phone in the USA,
you'll only pay one fee for an international call - 3 c/min.

Family Address Book
Save time with the Family Address Book.

Customizable Contact Lists
You can add all of your family, friends, business associates, etc. Additionally you can assign these contact to groups
(eg: Mom, Dad, Children).
When calls come in you will be able to send those calls, based upon their assigned group to the
appropriate location. People in your VIP list for example will be sent to your home, then your cellular phone, then
perhaps to your work phone.
At the same time members of your ‘family’ group (managed from your contact list) might
ring your cellular phone FIRST, then your home phone, even when you they are dialing your home phone directly. This
adjustable feature is called. No more taking messages or missing calls. Additionally you will have just one voicemail
box to check, rather than multiple message locations.

Call Transfer

Someone calls you when they mean to call another number. -Or they can't remember the number of the caller they

Call Waiting
You're busy, and you don't want to miss a call. Manage the calls coming in easily with call waiting.
Call waiting alerts you to calls coming in while you're already on the phone, so you can choose if you want to answer them.
You can also let your calls rollover into voicemail and respond later. It's your choice.
- Place a call on your direct number and answer an incoming call (all at once)
- Alternate between two calls as much as you want, as long as you like
